We are back at it….

January is upon us and we are printing our little hearts out. We have 2 Gov’t Mule jobs on the horizon. One is for a show in Jamaica and the other one is for the Winter Tour. I am also very happy to announce that we are moving forward with lenticular printing and our first job of the new year is with Phil Lewis. In the past we have printed smaller runs with his art on a rigid lens. This time around we are printing on the 100 lpi lens that we used for the Allman Bros and The Dead Spring lenticulars. I am really excited to be working with Phil. I love his art and think that it represents the area in Colorado that we live in perfectly.

The holidays are upon us and Good Thoughts has a lot of jobs to do!! This makes us happy!! We have a slew of New Years posters that we are working on. Trace Bundy at The Boulder Theatre, Mofro at The Freebird in Florida, Pepper at The Fox, Keller Williams in Virginia, Yonder Mountain in Denver, and Furthur! YIPPEE

The elves at Good Thoughts are working hard to produce the high quality posters that you all have learned to expect from us. With so much to do around these parts for the celebration of New Years we are splitting up to tackle the most fun possible! Ray and Bobby are headed to Leftover Salmon at The Boulder Theatre, Matt is off to Sound Tribe in Denver for a dance filled weekend, and I (aka Sparkle Pony) am attending the 1st annual Snow Ball in Carbondale with New Monsoon, Bill Nershi, Scott Law, and many others. FUN FUN FUN!!

If you are traveling somewhere to see music or be with loved ones travel safely! Have a very festive and fun holiday filled with lots of love, laughter, and good thoughts!!

Hi there and welcome to my Good Thoughts blog! I am Mara Lee, Ray’s one and only assistant. This is my area on the website to share the experiences that I have as the world’s best assistant. Here at Good Thoughts we try to get through every poster job as efficiently and painlessly as possible. Unfortunately, we are constantly thwarted by Murphy’s Law. This can make for quite the story. I hope that you continue to pop in and see what we have been up to.

Today is November 5th, 2009. Things have slowed down in the printing department which gives us a chance to update the look and feel of the Good Thoughts website. We have a “Not All Who Yonder Are Lost” sticker going to the press next and are lining up our New Years and Winter Tour posters for the upcoming season. Thanks so much for looking!!
